An item shows to be out of stock, what gives?

While we are updating our website, items may show to be out of stock for various reasons. We may have stock on hand and simply need to update inventory, we may need to replenish the item from the manufacturer, or an item may need to be pre-ordered. Whatever the reason may be, if you do see an item that you like and it shows to be out of stock, please send us an email or a message via chat. We can place an order for that item, and get it on hand for you as quickly as possible.

What is your return policy?

We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their products. For this reason, you can return an item within 7 business days from receipt for a refund back to the original form of payment. Simply reach out to us to obtain a return authorization form. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
